The Featherston Archive was created to catalogue the work and life of Australian designers Grant and Mary Featherston. It includes furniture, prototypes, objects, drawings, sketches, photographs, notes and writing. The majority of the archive is currently stored at the National Gallery of Victoria.
Grant and Mary believed that design should be for all and in sharing ideas. This website has been produced in the spirit of this belief, and features a selection of designs, images and text drawn from the archive. We hope that you enjoy exploring the site and find inspiration for your own designs.
